Photoshop > Scripts > Toggle Pixel Grid Snapping

This script toggles the Snap Vector Tools and Transforms to Pixel Grid setting in Edit Preferences General (or Edit Preferences Tools, in Photoshop CC 2015 and higher).

Installation

Download the script(s), and copy it into your "Adobe Photoshop ##/Presets/Scripts" folder.

After restarting Photoshop, the script should appear in the File » Scripts menu.
